Digital marketing · for founders

Marketing that answers to your bank account.

We connect every account you market with — ads, analytics, your store, your CRM — into one view, and trace every dollar from the click to the closed sale. Then we fix what’s broken and scale what works.

A written trace of where your money goes. Yours either way.

01 · The signs

Sound familiar?

The signs that marketing is running on activity instead of revenue. One is enough to start asking questions.

  1. Your reports are full of clicks, not customers.

Impressions, click-through rates, engagement. The report never gets as far as your bank account.

    Not customers
  2. Nobody can tell you what a new customer costs.

Cost per click, yes. Cost per paying customer, after refunds and returns: silence.

    Unknown
  3. Every channel claims the same sale.

Google counts it. Meta counts it. Your email tool counts it. Your store saw one order.

    Double-counted
  4. Your agency has never asked about your margins.

Without margins, nobody knows whether a “good” return on ad spend makes money or loses it.

    Never asked
  5. Spend goes up. Revenue doesn’t.

More budget buys more of the same clicks, and the sales line stays flat.

    Flat

02 · Two doors

Wherever you’re starting from, we start with your business.

Most founders come to us through one of two doors. Both lead to the same place: marketing you can measure in dollars.

Door oneStart here

No digital marketing yet.

We build the foundation, in the order that keeps your first dollars from being wasted.

  • Tracking done right from day one, so the first dollar you spend is measured
  • Landing pages written for the people you’re paying to reach
  • Your first campaigns on Google and Meta, sized to what you can afford to learn
  • Lifecycle email and SMS, so a first order turns into a second
  • SEO and answer engines, so buyers find you without paying per click

We look at your site, your market and your competitors, then tell you where to start.

Door two

Marketing that isn’t working.

We audit before we touch anything.

  • We trace the last 90 days of spend to actual sales, not the platforms’ version of events
  • We find the leaks: wasted spend, broken tracking, offers that don’t convert
  • We fix the strategy first, then the campaigns
  • Keep your current agency if you like. We’ve worked alongside one.

Read-only access. A written audit, yours either way.

03 · How we work

Connect. Research. Trace. Fix. Scale.

The same order every time, because spend decisions made on broken numbers are guesses.

  1. Connect

We connect your ad accounts, analytics, store and CRM into one view. Read-only to start: we look before we touch anything.

You get: One view of every account

  2. Research

Your business before your budget: margins, what a customer is worth, who buys again, what competitors charge, what actually converts.

You get: Your unit economics, written down

  3. Trace

Click → lead → sale → revenue, matched against your own orders instead of each platform’s version. That’s where the leaks show up.

You get: A map of where money leaks

  4. Fix

Tracking first. Then landing pages, offers, and lifecycle email and SMS. We build the fixes ourselves and check each one before and after.

You get: Fixes shipped and verified

  5. Scale

Budget goes behind what’s proven, then into more channels. Every step up in spend has to show up in the ledger.

You get: Spend that grows with profit

Then we scale — hard.

04 · Receipts

What we found when we looked.

Businesses described, not named. Some started from scratch; some had marketing that wasn’t working. Every figure opens its receipt: the source, the method and the month we verified it.

Fixed what wasn’t working

A consumer fintech

  • Google Ads
  • Conversion tracking
  • Signup funnel
  • Email & SMS
What we found
The ad account couldn’t see real sales. Paid signups arrived untagged, automatic settings sent spend to test pages, and brand clicks from existing customers were counted as new business.
What we did
We sent every funded sale, with its real value, back to Google every day. When a line-by-line audit caught one of our own uploads failing silently while its log said it had worked, we re-sent the missing history and added a check that confirms every batch lands. We switched off the automatic settings, rebuilt the account around what people search for, and judged every campaign on the cost of a new customer. Then we followed the drop-off into signup, where the real leak was: the price appeared late and didn’t match the promise.
What changed
Bidding now learns from revenue instead of form fills, and the fix went where the money was actually leaking: the site, not the ads.

Fixed what wasn’t working

A DTC pet-food brand

  • Google Ads
  • Meta
  • Analytics & tags
  • Store orders
  • Landing pages
What we found
The ad platforms were grading their own homework. Google counted video views as sales, a duplicate tag nearly doubled reported traffic, and the two platforms together claimed more orders than the store recorded. One campaign was buying orders at several times its target.
What we did
We connected the ad accounts, analytics and the store’s own orders into one view and counted from the orders. We cut Google’s idea of a sale down to the one real purchase, rebuilt the tags, and built landing pages that carry every click through to checkout. Then we showed the owner the real blocker: a shipping promise the checkout didn’t keep, and too few customers coming back.
What changed
The owner can see which spend pays back and which doesn’t, and the fix list points at the offer and repeat purchase, not another redesign.

A new-car dealership

  • Landing pages
  • Tracked links
  • Analytics
  • Lead alerts
  • English & Spanish
What we found
Short, fixed-date sales events, a bilingual audience, and promotion spread across online and offline channels that couldn’t be compared, and every lead needing a fast call back.
What we did
We built a page for each event in English and Spanish, wrote a tracked link for every channel in both languages, and sent every lead straight to the dealership’s sales leadership with a follow-up prompt. During the live event we kept tuning the page.
What changed
Built once, then run again for the events after it: the same page, tracking and lead routing, relaunched instead of rebuilt.

Started from scratch

A two-sided marketplace we operate

  • Analytics & tags
  • Google Ads
  • Email & SMS
  • Landing page
What we found
Launch day, and nothing was measured: an empty tag container, no key events, and no link between analytics and the ad account. Internal test visits made up a large share of early traffic, which would have made every first number wrong.
What we did
We built measurement before spend: tags, key events, conversions recorded on the server, test traffic quarantined, and a written tracking plan across every app. Then keyword sets, lifecycle email and SMS. The first real traffic produced a diagnosis: stop paying for clicks in places the network can’t serve yet.
What changed
Launch spend is measured from the first click, and the first report named exactly where the funnel breaks.

A ready-to-drink beverage brand sold through distributors

  • SEO
  • Local search
  • Store locator
  • State pages
What we found
Shoppers couldn’t find where to buy. The distributor’s account list was the obvious source, but most of those accounts hadn’t sold the product in the past two years.
What we did
We cleaned the distributor’s sales report, kept only stores with real sales, and generated a where-to-buy locator and state pages with map directions and structured data. Each new report regenerates them, so the pages grow as distribution grows.
What changed
Search visitors land on stores that have actually been selling the product.

  • SEO
  • Content
  • Service pages
  • Lead capture
What we found
A small brochure site: no structured data, no sitemap, and nothing that answered the questions the firm’s buyers actually search for.
What we did
We mapped who hires the firm and what each of them searches for, then rebuilt the site search-first: a page per service with its own FAQ, researched articles with sources, every old URL redirected so nothing was lost, and leads routed straight to the team inbox.

05 · The dollars-and-cents check

What does a dollar in ads return after margin?

The question most marketing reports never answer. Put in your own numbers and see it the way your bank account does.

Every platform, one month

After product cost, before ads

What a returning buyer spends

The numbers you type stay in this browser. Nothing is sent to us.

The math: cost per new customer is ad spend ÷ new customers. Gross profit is order value × margin. The 90-day figure adds reorders from the share of customers who come back. Payback assumes the 90-day reorder pace repeats each quarter.

The ledger

Losing money per customer

Every dollar in ads returns $0.78 in gross profit within 90 days. The dashboard shows a 2.0× return, so the ads look fine. A new customer costs $50.00 to win and brings back $39.20 in 90 days, and it takes about 11 months to earn it back. That’s usually a retention or offer problem, not an ads problem.

07 · Invested in your business

“We’re not someone who runs marketing campaigns. We’re invested in knowing your business.”

I’m Veer, and I founded Synaptech. Most marketing I’m asked to look at fails for a boring reason: the people running it don’t know the business. They know the ad platform. They don’t know your margins, what a customer is worth, or which product people come back for.

So we start there. Your dollars and cents first, then the campaigns, so the thing we’re measured on is the thing you care about: your return on every dollar.

We also run companies of our own, and they get the same treatment: the same tracking, the same ledger, the same honest look at what each dollar brought back. When marketing wastes money there, we feel it in our own accounts first.

09 · Straight answers

What founders ask before they hand over the ad accounts.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. We trace where your marketing money goes against what actually sold, and hand you the written audit. It’s yours either way, and there’s no pitch unless you ask for one.

Do you need access to our accounts?

Read-only access first: your ad accounts, analytics, store and CRM. We look before we touch anything.

Nothing changes in your accounts until you’ve read the audit and told us to go ahead.

We have no marketing at all. Is it too early?

No. It’s the best time to start. There’s nothing to unlearn, and tracking set up right on day one means your first dollar of spend is measured.

If the offer or the website needs work before ads can pay, we’ll say so before you spend anything.

Can you work alongside our current agency?

Yes, and we have. We can own the measurement, the audit and the landing pages while your agency keeps running campaigns. When the numbers improve, we share the credit in writing.

How fast will we see results?

Tracking fixes land in weeks, and you see your real numbers as soon as they do. Wasted spend often shows up in the audit itself.

Channels that compound, like SEO, lifecycle email and a well-tuned ad account, take months. We’ll tell you which is which up front.

What does it cost after the audit?

A fixed scope, quoted after the audit, so you know the price before you commit. The audit tells us both what’s worth doing first.

10 · The front door
