SOURCE · The old store’s terms page and the new store’s public pages

METHOD · The old store’s terms page (captured 2026-09-29) reads “No shipping of products from this location. All orders are to be picked up.” The new store’s home page and Safe Handling page list frozen shipping at one flat rate to California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Nevada and Arizona, and its FAQ gives the same flat rate for the western states (checked 2026-10-19). At launch on 2026-10-15, test carts that were never checked out, with addresses in California, Oregon, Idaho and Arizona and in Texas and Colorado, confirmed that checkout offers the rate inside the zone and nothing outside it.

01 · What goes wrong

The store looks fine. It just can’t sell the way you do.

What store owners bring us, in their words. Any one of them costs orders.

  1. Search engines can’t find our products.

Products share one page, load by script, or carry the same title as every other page, so there is nothing for Google to list when someone searches for what you sell.

    Invisible
  2. Shipping rules live in someone’s head.

Perishable or heavy products only ship to some places at some prices, and checkout doesn’t know it, so orders arrive that can’t be filled or a flat rate quietly costs you.

    Manual
  3. Customers have to remember to reorder.

There is no subscription and no reason to buy more at once, so repeat buyers drift and every order starts from zero.

    One-off
  4. The page promises one price and checkout charges another.

A bundle saving or a subscription discount is written on the page but never set up at checkout, and the customer finds out at the last step.

    Mismatched
  5. Every word change waits on a developer.

A new photo, an offer or a seasonal line means a request and a wait, so the store falls behind what the business is actually selling.

02 · What we do

Your design or ours, built on Shopify’s own checkout.

You keep running the store from the Shopify admin. We make the storefront do what your products need.

  • 01Design

Your design built exactly, or one made with you

Bring a mockup and we build it page for page, then design what it lacks to match: the cart, the galleries, the forms and the policy pages. Or start from your products and photos, and we design the store around them, with light and dark versions and accessibility checked page by page.

    Website design
  • 02Build

New stores and full rebuilds on Shopify

Product pages with photo galleries, size pickers and detail tables, filters across the catalog, a cart that keeps shoppers in place, and checkout on your own domain.

  • 03Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save, set up end to end

Shopify’s own subscriptions on every product and size, the renewal terms beside every subscribe button, and a link where customers skip, pause or cancel.

  • 04Bundles

Box builders and bundle savings checkout honors

Mix-and-match boxes with a running total, and automatic discounts set up so the saving on the page is the saving at checkout, checked with test carts before launch.

  • 05Shipping

Shipping rules that match what you can deliver

Zones by state and flat rates for perishable or heavy products, tested with real addresses inside and outside the zone before launch.

  • 06Editing

Pages you edit in the Shopify admin

Every headline, photo, question, review and offer in plainly named sections of the admin, with a plain-English handbook, so new words never wait on us.

Need several brands on one backend, or money paths Shopify won’t bend to? We build custom ecommerce backends too.

03 · Proof you can check

A store we built, with the receipts.

We built a Shopify store for a raw dog food business from the owners’ own design, and measured it the same way before and after. Every figure opens its receipt: where it came from, how it was counted, and when we last checked.

The work behind the numbers

  • ClientFeastFastA subscription-ready Shopify store for a diabetic-friendly cookie brand: subscriptions, memberships, email and text messages, reviews, preorders and wholesale-only access, with a campaign landing page that walks visitors to checkout with a trackable offer code.

04 · How it starts

The review, the plan, the design, then the build.

The same order every time. You see the design on your own products before anything is built.

You approve the design on your own products before the build, and a senior engineer reviews every change before it reaches your store.

  1. Step 1: The free store review

Send the store you have, the platform you’re leaving, or just the products. A person reads it, walks it with you, and writes down what stands between it and more orders.

Out a written review, yours to keep

  2. Step 2: A written plan

If there is a fit, you get the scope, a timeline and an estimate in writing. If there isn’t, we say so.

Out scope, a timeline and an estimate

  3. Step 3: The design, on your real products

Your own design or mockup, or a new one made with your products and photos: the look, the key pages and the money paths (cart, boxes and subscriptions), approved by you before the build.

    Out pages you’ve signed off

  4. Step 4: Build and connect

The storefront, your domain and checkout, subscriptions, discounts, shipping rules and the contact form, with checkout, box savings and shipping tested in test carts before launch.

Out checkout tested in test carts

  5. Step 5: Launch and hand over

The store goes live on your domain with search indexing on, Shopify’s analytics running and a handbook for every kind of edit. Then, if you want more customers, the same team runs Google Ads, email and SEO.

05 · Straight answers

Questions store owners ask before a Shopify build or rebuild.

Do you use a Shopify theme, or design the store from scratch?

Either, and the review says which before anything is built. A tuned theme is often right for one brand with a standard catalog. When the store needs pages a theme doesn’t offer, like a box builder or a feeding calculator, we build the store around them on Shopify’s own products, checkout and payments, so orders, discounts and subscriptions still run from the Shopify admin.

We already have a design. Can you build it as it is?

Yes. Bring the mockup or the design files and we build it page for page, then design what it doesn’t cover in the same style, like the cart, the forms and the policy pages. You approve those pages before they go live.

Can you set up Subscribe & Save and bundle savings?

Yes. Subscriptions run in Shopify’s own subscriptions app on every product and size, with the renewal terms beside every subscribe button and a link where customers manage their subscription. Bundle savings are automatic discounts, set up to match the page, and they can be set to carry into renewals.

Can you work on the store we already have, or move us to Shopify?

Either. We can rebuild or extend the Shopify store you have, including one another team built. To move from another platform, products, customers and content come across, every old address is mapped to its new page and redirected, and the new sitemap goes to Google on launch day.

Can you connect Shopify to the tools we already use?

Store-level connections are part of every build: your own domain for the store and checkout, contact-form email to your inbox, shipping rules and the store’s own analytics. Ad tracking and back-office systems like inventory or accounting are scoped in the review before you commit.

What does a Shopify store cost?

The store review is free and ends with a written plan: the scope, a timeline and an estimate for your store. We don’t publish prices or packages, because no two stores need the same work. You see the plan before you commit to anything.
