Who we are
Synaptech (“Synaptech,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a software engineering and growth studio at 6701 Koll Center Pkwy Ste 250, Pleasanton, CA 94566, United States. This policy applies to personal information we collect through synaptech.io (the “site”) and when you communicate with us about our services.
Information we collect
We may collect the following types of information from you:
- Personal information you give us. Your name and contact details (such as email address and phone number), job title and company information. Depending on the form you use, that can also include a link to your prototype or website, what it was built with, your timeline, a budget or ad-spend range, the marketing channels you run, the times that suit you for a call, and anything you write in a message. We collect this when you fill in a form on the site (including a request for a call), or email or call us.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, operating system, the page that referred you, and information about how you use the site. Our hosting provider records some of this in its standard request logs. If we turn on Google Analytics, it collects some of this too, using cookies (see our cookie policy).
- Other information. Any other information you choose to provide to us.
Our server also writes each form submission to its logs on Google Cloud, so a message isn’t lost if the email to us fails. As a spam check, each form also sends how long it took to fill in. When our spam checks stop a submission, the logs keep a shortened copy of the answers and your browser’s user agent (its name and version), so we can still reply if we stopped a real person by mistake.
How we use your information
Synaptech uses your information to:
- Respond to your inquiries, arrange the calls you ask for, and provide customer support.
- Prepare what you ask for, such as a Production Gap Review, a Growth Engine Audit or the Production Gap Checklist.
- Provide, manage and improve our services and this site.
- Communicate with you about our services when you’ve been in touch with us.
- Protect the security and integrity of the site and our services, for example by limiting repeated form submissions and filtering spam.
- Comply with legal obligations.
When Google Analytics is turned on, we record interaction events such as which link or button was clicked, and whether a form was started, returned an error or was sent. We don’t record what you type into a form as an analytics event.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as replying to you and keeping records of our business relationship, or for as long as the law requires. The copies of form submissions in our server logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Data security
We use various security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, and the site is served over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
You have the right to:
- Access, correct or delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict the processing of your information.
- Withdraw consent where applicable.
Depending on where you live (for example, California, or the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), local law may give you additional rights. To make a request, email info@synaptech.io. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising: the site runs no advertising or remarketing tags.

- Block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party links
Our site and services may contain links to third-party websites, including the sites of clients whose work we show. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.
