Services provided
Synaptech offers software engineering, design, consulting and growth services, including finishing apps that clients started with AI tools, freelancers or other developers (Launch Engineering), building larger platforms (Product Engineering), growth and marketing services (the Growth Engine), and free diagnostic reviews (the Production Gap Review and the Growth Engine Audit). Our services are designed to meet the specific needs of each client. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Where you and Synaptech sign a separate agreement or statement of work for an engagement, that agreement governs the engagement and prevails if it conflicts with these terms.
Free reviews and site content
The Production Gap Review and the Growth Engine Audit are free. They are provided for information, and the written findings are yours to keep and use. A review is not a quote or a commitment by either party to any further work; any paid engagement is scoped and priced separately, in writing, before you commit.
Figures published on this site describe specific past engagements and our own ventures. Each one shows its source and method (see How we count). They are not a promise of similar results for your project.
Use of services
- You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes.
- You must not misuse, abuse or damage our services in any way that could impair or interrupt their functionality.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to any other user’s data.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using our services.
- You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials Synaptech provides to you.
Intellectual property

Client names, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify work we have done or products we operate.
Payment terms
- Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your agreement with Synaptech.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments as permitted by law.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information obtained from one another secure, and not to disclose it to any third party unless required by law.
Limitation of liability
- Synaptech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without notice if you violate any of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
Synaptech reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date, and your continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
